Our People

Our staff is very special. They're given substantial freedom in finding creative solutions to our youth's problems. In exchange, we expect a lot from them. They're expected to open themselves up to children and families in crisis. Because of their own backgrounds, they can often create a bond where previously there was none. Many know firsthand the pain felt by hurting families. They know the difference a stable family can make in a child's life. So they work to heal wounds, mend the bonds and put together the pieces of a family that most felt could never be repaired.
